About the Talent Team
The Talent team is currently composed of one colleague. The main responsibility of the area is to work on two different fronts:
- Talent Acquisition: How can we develop effective strategies to attract top talent in the market?
- Talent Management: How can we allow our colleagues to reach their full potential?
Due to the recent growth of our team and expansion into different countries, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Talent Acquisition and Management professional to join us.

🔎 Sourcing – Explore creative ways to connect with great people and bring them closer to our journey. You’ll have the freedom to test, learn, and shape how we find future colleagues.
🌟 Employer Branding – Share our story with the world and show what makes us unique. From LinkedIn posts to events, you’ll be free to come up with ideas on how we showcase what’s happening inside to the outside world.
🌟 Diversity – Help us empower diversity in the tech industry by creating initiatives that matter. From brainstorming new concepts to running events, you’ll shape and deliver activities that make a real impact.

What you should bring to the table:
🎓 Fresh Perspective Welcome – No previous full-time experience is needed! We particularly value someone fresh out of university who has been actively engaged in student events, chapters, study groups, or part-time positions.
🎓 Education – A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, Business, or Technology
🗣️ Language Skills – You speak Swedish fluently, and communication comes naturally to you.
🌟 Bonus Points – You have an interest in marketing and social media, ready to help bring our story to life on LinkedIn and other platforms.
